Order Processing Time

Because DreamQuest Outfitters is independently owned and operated, each order is prepared with care. 🕒 Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your package ships.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product drops, or holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be produced on demand or released as preorders. If so, estimated production or release timelines will be listed on the product page.

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Issues & Delays

DreamQuest Outfitters is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If an issue occurs, contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You can also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Wrong Address or Order Changes

If you entered the wrong address or need to update your order, contact us within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be processing.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
